The contact information you provide the Foam Rangers on your registration form, recipe sheets, and bottle labels will be used solely for the administrative purposes of the Dixie Cup Homebrew Competition.
The address you provide on the registration form is the address to which your score sheets and awards will be sent. If, however, you elect to have your score sheets returned to your club we will send your score sheets to the address we have on file for your club unless you win an award that must be shipped to you, in which case both your award(s) and score sheets will be returned directly to you. If we do not have an address for your club, your score sheets will be returned directly to you.
We may add your address to our mailing list for next year’s Dixie Cup announcement, but your address will not be used for any other purpose besides those listed here.
The phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide will be used only in the event that we need to contact you regarding your Dixie Cup entries. This could be as a result of problems with your entries (e.g., broken bottles during shipment), having your score sheets returned as undeliverable by the postal service, or a request for a recipe associated with an online entry.
In no event will your contact information be used for any purpose unrelated to the Dixie Cup Homebrew Competition.
