We apologize most sincerely for our slow pace in getting this web site up and running, but we're working on it (honestly), even if it doesn't look like it. One of the purposes of this site is to provide a home for the Dixie Cup Homebrew Competition, (dis)organized by the Houston Foam Rangers. The Dixie Cup is one of the oldest and largest homebrew competitions in the United States, and is probably the most irreverent homebrew competition anywhere.
